One week before the wedding, I spoke to Ozzie, the fabulous florist who worked on Regan and Troy’s wedding.  With all the moving parts taking place at the reception, he realized that the couple desperately needed a wedding coordinator.  With only one week prior to the wedding, Ozzie arranged for me to meet up with Regan and Troy in Chicago.  And, oh my goodness!  I still feel so fortunate that I had the opportunity to work on this wedding with these amazingly incredible individuals.  It was such a treat.

Regan and Troy worked with a Gatsby theme, which you can see inspired her dress and accessories.

The Waldorf, where the bridal party got ready, was so swanky and a perfect fit for this group!

This next image was shot in the alley behind Ravenswood Event Center.  They hopped out of their trolley and took a quick pic before going into the venue.

With neon signs and vintage cars surrounding the perimeter of the venue, Ravenswood Event Center displayed the perfect amount of spunk to match Regan and Troy’s personalities.

Can you believe those feathers?  I loved the ceremony aisle!  Ozzie from Gromeza Floral Design envisioned all of the floral elements (and feathers!) for the Gatsby inspired wedding.

I can honestly say that the vendors all had such a great time working together on this “wedding and a show,” as Regan called it.
