This March I had the pleasure of working with photographer Eric Floberg on Megan & Regan’s Chicago wedding.  His creative edge really stands out in these photos.  To start, this shot below he created in his camera on the spot – and, it’s beautiful!

Megan and Reagan found me through an event industry referral, which is always so flattering!  We met up at SoHo House for a glass of wine and immediately hit it off.  They are sweet and kind, relaxed and fun, and just super down to earth people!

Ambassador Hotel Chicago

Both the ladies and men got ready at the Ambassador Hotel, which upgraded the gals to the beautiful suite overlooking the city.  And – how can I continue without mentioning that it was the middle of March in Chicago and somehow the weather gods were shining down on us!

It was a beautiful day!

Chicago Wedding Photos

When couples choose a first look, this provides extra time in the timeline for my assistant and I to tidy the hotel rooms and head over to the church/reception to begin setting up.

But, seriously, check out this photo. Can you believe this was March in Chicago?!?

Assumption Church

Seeing as this is my third time in this church in the past six months, it has really grown to be one of my favorites.  Each time I have an opportunity to look at the architecture and see something new.  There is so much to appreciate!
