Looking for some inspo? Feeling like you want an elegant and classic Chicago wedding? I’ve got just the wedding to share with you!
To start, it takes to lovely, beautiful people. And, these two were beautiful in and out! Our vendor team frequently gushed over Alex and Zachary because everyone got along so well. Having met in Chicago, they decided to host their wedding at the classic Cafe Brauer, which I just learned is well over 100 years old!
This was my first time working with Olga Polo Photography. What a fabulous experience! Her candid style and attention to detail truly captured the elegant, classic nature these two were looking for. In the getting ready phase of the day, Olga spent time staging the photos in a creative, yet natural manner. It was a joy to watch her work!
To note: the Ambassador hotel is a clean slate when it comes to classic, elegant weddings. Do check it out if this is your style! They offer a great rooftop that you can potentially schedule for your first look, as well.
Feeling pretty excited about these images, I have to share how Olga captured such a beautiful day. Check these out:
Although it was a gloomy day, that didn’t stop us. It’s Chicago weather! You never know what you are going to be dealing with. Fortunately, everyone in the group had a great attitude about it, and I feel that the weather actually added to the drama of these photos.
To host an elegant and classic Chicago wedding, you will need to choose a venue that fits the bill! Cafe Brauer does just that! Did you know that they consistently book their Saturdays up two years in advance? It’s such a beautiful location with so much architectural interest. Alex & Zachary especially loved the venue because it is a part of their neighborhood.
If you know me well enough by now, you know that details matter to me. Classic doesn’t necessarily mean you have to forget about the details. Check out how Alex and Zachary incorporated details into their classic and elegant Chicago wedding.

How can you get a more classic and elegant Chicago wedding than hosting it at the beautiful Cafe Brauer? Here are some of our favorite images from the wedding.
Before I give shout outs to the vendors, check out the fun behind-the-scenes photos Olga took of our vendor team.
